How to secure a booking in a space where you are a non-member.
External bookings need to be paid upfront in order to be confirmed and at present, credit card is the only available method to successfully secure an external booking.
Since an external booking refers to bookings made by non-members, the only way to secure such a booking is by paying upfront the total amount of the booking.
If you choose to cancel your booking, a cancellation policy will be in place to determine if you are eligible for a refund and the amount that will be issued, if applicable.
