What is the External Booking Cancellation Policy?

This policy determines when an external booking can be canceled and if a refund will be given when the cancellation occurs.

Cancellation of both external and regular bookings is only possible before the start time of the reservation. Once the start time has elapsed, it will no longer be possible to cancel a booking.

For regular bookings the cancellation policy dictates that any booking credits held for the booking will be available again and the booking will disappear from the upcoming invoice. 

In contrast, external bookings follow a refund policy that depends on how close the cancellation is to the start time of the booking:

  • 24 hours or less: No refund.
  • Up to 48 hours (2 days): 50%
  • Up to 96 hours (4 days): 75%
  • For cancellations made more than 96 hours before the start time of the booking, a full refund will be issued.
