Why can't I see a meeting room?

This article will explain why some meeting rooms may not be visible or enabled to be booked.

There are multiple factors that can explain why you are unable to see a meeting room. Here are a few possibilities:

Private Meeting Rooms: Certain meeting rooms have been designated as "private." This implies that only specific members, or individuals with the necessary permissions can access and view these meeting rooms. If you do not possess the required access rights or permissions, you will be unable to see these rooms.

Membership Status: If you are a non-member, you may have limited visibility of meeting rooms. Only meeting rooms set to "booked publicly" are visible to non-members, the rest will be hidden. So, if you cannot see a specific meeting room, it's possible that your membership status doesn't grant you access to private rooms.

Out of order: Meeting rooms may occasionally need to be taken out of service or hidden by administrators for logistical reasons. In such cases, both you and other members will be unable to locate a meeting room that has been manually disabled for booking by a Space Admin.
