How do I cancel or downgrade my Spacecubed membership?

This article will take you through the required steps to cancel or downgrade your Spacecubed membership.

*Note: You can change or cancel your membership directly from the platform.

*Note you will have a 30-day notice period for cancellation or downgrading, as per our Terms and Conditions.

Please contact your Community Coordinator if you have any questions regarding your membership or would like to discuss options.

  1. Log in with your access to the Spacecubed platform.
  2. Click on the icon "team" on the left

  3. Follow with a  click on "Plans"

  4. Click on the dots, on the right.

  5. Then on "manage your membership".

  6. You will have a pop-up window to appear.

  8. Choose if you need "change plan" on "cancel Plan"?
  9. And fill in the following part:
    1. New membership or cancel plan
    2. Choose the date. 
       * Note we have a 30 day notice for cancellation or downgrading
  10. Confirm the change or cancellation by clicking on " Request plan change"

  11. The Spacecubed team will receive a notification to approve your request. If you are requesting a cancellation Spacecubed staff will send through a Member Cancellation Form for you to fill out.
  12. When the form is completed, your cancellation will be approved.
