Some of our meeting rooms have now a video conference system to have an online team meeting.
You can find a video conference system in the following rooms:
FLUX - Watson L1 (10pax)
FLUX - Madigan L7 (6pax)
FLUX - Evans L6 (9 pax)
Riff - FYRA L4 (14pax)
Riff - SHI L4 (5pax)
Riff - Ground - Big (8-person)
If you just want to connect your laptop to the TV, for a presentation:
- You can plug the HDMI cable and select the adequate source on the TV
- Or use Airtame

- Make sure you are on the Spacecubed wifi ( it won’t work with the guest wifi) Download the app on your laptop
- Open the app, and connect to the appropriate meeting room name
- Make sure you are on the correct TV source.

If you want to use the video system conference, we recommend plugging both HDMI cable and USB to have a better connection.
Make sure you are on the correct source on the TV.
Open your video conferencing software.
Make sure your microphone and camera on your device are set to Crestron.
