How do I book a meeting room?

This article explains the easiest way to book your meeting room.

  1. From the dashboard, click "Book a Room" button in the Meeting Room quick view on the right side of your newsfeed.

  2. Select your required Date and Location.

  3. Adjust the sliders to select the desired time slots for your meeting room reservation.
    Please note that meeting room times will appear dimmed if the meeting room is not available. You can check the timings and the amount of meeting room credits being used or the charges you will incur under the slider.

  4. After selecting "Make Booking," you will be directed to a confirmation screen where you can easily make any necessary changes, including canceling or rescheduling your reservation.

    *NOTE: Changes cannot be made to a booking that has already started.

 

Your booking has been successfully confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email and will be able to manage your reservation from the dashboard.
