How do I manage my billing and account?

How to check, update and view your billing details and account information.

1. To access your account please login to the Spacecubed Platform at platform.spacecubed.com and enter your details.

2. Once you're logged on select Billing on the left-hand navigation bar as seen below.

3.  If you need to update your Payment Details you can do so by clicking the "Update Payment Info" button on the top right-hand side and adjust the details as required.

*Please note our system requires a payment method to be selected for an account to be active.

4. You can also update your Billing Name or Billing Email by clicking on the edit icon next to the relevant field.

 

5. You will be able to see and download your previous invoices as well as see a preview of upcoming charges for the next month.

*Please note the Upcoming Charges are a prediction of your next invoice and will change if you create additional charges such as extra meeting room booking or new plans. This preview of charges should not be treated as a raised invoice and does not need to be paid before it's raised.

6. You can click on individual invoices to see an itemised view of charges or to download the invoice as a PDF.

What billing options are available to me?

Members are able to set billing up with

  • Direct Debit.
  • Credit Card.
  • EFT (an option only for members with recurring billing over $500.00).
